1. Not a law firm
Trusty Law is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Using Trusty Law does not create an attorney, client relationship. Read our Legal Information Boundary for details.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity taken from your account. Notify us at hello@gettrustylaw.com of any unauthorized access.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create in your Case. You grant Trusty Law a limited license to store, process, and display that content only to provide the service to you.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Trusty Law to plan crimes, harm others, conceal evidence, intimidate witnesses, or evade law enforcement. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically. Cancel anytime from your billing settings. Native app purchases are governed by the respective app store's terms.
6. No warranty
Trusty Law is provided "as is" without warranties. We do our best to keep sources current and accurate; you are responsible for verifying anything you act on.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
